Monthly accounting has a clear price. Additional services are ordered separately, and you know their cost before work begins. Below, we also show the fee for submitting documents after the deadline.
Submit accounting documents for a given month by the 10th day of the following month. A fee of PLN 150 net applies to late submissions. It is charged once for the accounting month to which the late documents relate, regardless of the number of late invoices. The fee also applies during the promotional period.

All prices are net. The monthly accounting estimate in the calculator does not include annual returns and financial statements, HR administration or any other services in this section. Audits subject to statutory independence requirements are carried out by an independent authorised entity.
Pricing and terms of cooperation
From month 4: PLN 499 net per month for companies and family foundations, for up to 1000 documents per month. Each document above the limit: PLN 5 net.

Before entering into a contract, we agree the scope of services and how different types of documents are counted. We also agree the terms for work relating to earlier periods and any additional services.
During the first 3 months as well, each document above 1000 costs PLN 5 net. The monthly promotional price is PLN 1 net plus any charge for these additional documents.
We respond to client enquiries within 24 hours of receiving them. If a matter needs further analysis, we provide an initial response and explain the next step.
